aziH1: Sulfate adenylyltransferase subunit 2

AziF, AziG, AziH1, AziH2, AziH3 の機能は、azinomycin B生合成経路に割り当てることができなかった。
AziH1, AziH2, AziH3 のsubsetは、sulfur metabolismの最初の2段階を行うとされる酵素(E.coliのCysD, CysN, CysCなど)に高い類似性を示す。

Sulfur非存在下でcysDNC operonは発現が誘導され、主な最終産物であるCysteineの添加により発現が抑制される。

CysDNCは、sulfate activation pathwayを構成するATP sulfurylase, GTPase, adenosine 5'-phosphosulfate kinase活性を示す多機能酵素複合体を形成する。
