aziC1: Branched-chain-amino-acid aminotransferase

AziC1は、分枝アミノ酸の酸化的脱アミノ化を触媒してalpha-keto acidsを形成する分枝鎖アミノ酸aminotransferasesのfamilyに属することから、NRPS AziA3によってazinomycin Bのpeptidyl backboneへ取り込まれる2つめのbuilding block = alpha-ketoisovaleric acidの生合成を担うかもしれない。
