mdpA: Apo-Protein

maduropeptin cluster内に既知apo-proteinと相同性を示す配列はなかった。
maduropeptin chromoprotein complexを単離、精製したapo-proteinのN末配列を解析し、mdpAがApo-Proteinであることを確かめた。
既知DBに相同性を示さない新しいenediyne binding proteinであった。
