In response to an explosion accident of a portable cooking stove which occurred at an annual school cultural festival in September 2008, and in view of the anticipated frequency of use of such stoves during the coming school/college festival season, NITE has issued a wide ranging appeal concerning proper usage and has held a press briefing to remind consumers of the proper use of these products to prevent further accidents.
