Bacillus stearothermophilus は現在Geobacillus stearothermophilus に分類されております。IJSEM 51:433 (2001) プレートで培養される場合はシャーレの周りをテープで塞ぎ、更に培養槽内に水を入れたトレイを置いて培地が乾燥しないようにして下さい。（なお、復水液の一部を液体培養されることをお勧めします。５０Ｃ、静置培養でも充分生育します。） 胞子形成させる場合は373培地（希釈した普通栄養培地）をお使い下さい。通常濃度の培地ではあまり胞子形成は認められません。802培地と373培地での比較の結果、373培地で良好な胞子形成を確認しております。 |
