Bacillus stearothermophilus は現在Geobacillus stearothermophilus に分類されております。IJSEM 51:433 (2001) プレートで培養される場合はシャーレの周りをテープで塞ぎ、更に培養槽内に水を入れたトレイを置いて培地が乾燥しないようにして下さい。（なお、復水液の一部を液体培養されることをお勧めします。５０Ｃ、静置培養でも充分生育します。） |
