Substances under the Chemical Substances Control Law

Type III Monitoring Chemical Substances (before amendment in FY 2009)

Chemical substances that pose a risk of interfering with the inhabitation and/or growth of flora and fauna, 
and have been given public notice before April 1, 2011 as Type III Monitoring Chemical Substances. 
The chemical substances are regarded as general chemical substances pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 7 of Article 2 
of the current Chemical Substances Control Law (excluding Priority Assessment Chemical Substances, Monitoring Chemical Substances, 
Class I Specified Chemical Substances, and Class II Specified Chemical Substances).
