Monitoring Chemical Substances

Monitoring Chemical Substances are substances that are persistent and highly bioaccumulative, 
and where it is unclear whether the substance has a risk of long-term toxicity to humans 
or predator animals at higher trophic level, and were given public notice pursuant to the Chemical Substances Control Law.
